The owner or authorized user of the website www.complicense.hu (hereinafter referred to as the “Impressum”, “Service Provider”) owns the copyright and other intellectual property rights related to any text, images, videos, sounds and other digital materials on the website. The company respects copyrights and does not use the intellectual property of others on the website without permission and does not knowingly violate the relevant laws. If you experience the opposite, please notify us immediately so that we can eliminate the infringement as soon as possible.
All content (text, images, videos, audio, downloadable documents) or any other individual, original solution (website design, graphic resources, source code) appearing on the website www.complicense.hu is a work of authorship (hereinafter referred to as the “work”) and is protected by copyright as defined in the above law and the Civil Code.
The user is entitled to read the website www.complicense.hu, to make copies of it by printing or downloading it to a data medium, but only for personal, private and non-commercial purposes. It is prohibited to sell copies of any part of the website for financial gain, it is prohibited to publish it, and it is only possible to change any part of the website or to build it into another work, publication or website, whether in electronic or printed form, with the consent of the owner.
The User acknowledges that in the event of use without a license, the Service Provider is entitled to a penalty. The amount of the penalty is HUF 100,000 gross per image, or HUF 30,000 gross per word. The User acknowledges that this penalty clause is not excessive, and is aware of this when browsing the site. In the event of copyright infringement, the Service Provider applies a notarial certificate of fact, the amount of which is also passed on to the infringing user.
