Usage Optimisation

For certain products, incorrectly designed infrastructure can result in multiple licence requirements and thus increased costs. By identifying these, subscription licences and maintenance agreements can be cancelled, existing perpetual licences can be repurposed in other environments, or sold on the secondhand software market.
In the case of user-based subscriptions, which may also include usage rights for online services, by examining the usage patterns of these services and applications, it is possible to identify users whose subscriptions can be reduced to a lower edition, thereby achieving cost reduction.
CompLicense has no interest in software licence sales, so any potential cost-saving opportunities do not conflict with its business interests. Therefore, the results are always objective and recommendations are exclusively based on the client’s interests.
